Darren is the Director of AXG, Aurex Group’s contracting and workforce solutions company, and leads the business across the Americas. Based in Houston, Texas, he is responsible for solidifying and expanding AXG throughout the American market.

Darren has more than 15 years of recruitment expertise and works closely with companies to understand their individual and unique requirements, forming compliant, bespoke solutions and competitive advantage strategies. Partnering with a broad range of clients, projects and industries, Darren has a strong and recognised track record in fulfilling mandates across senior-level appointments, from C-suite executives to project managers.

A well regarded and respected leader in the industry, Darren has previously headed international contract recruitment companies across the UK, Australia and the USA. He is well-versed in helping businesses navigate the complexities, demand and fast-paced nature of contract-to-hire, project-based and contingent labor in the market today.
