Joy Michelle is the Group Finance Director at Aurex Group and AXG Contracting, overseeing the expanding business operations of both companies. Based in Hong Kong, she ensures the alignment of financial operations across offices in Asia, Australia, the US and the UK.

With more than 20 years of experience in business and finance partnering, Joy Michelle supports the international partnership team as they spearhead the company’s next phase of growth. As a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA), she has built her career with leading luxury brands and global agencies in Asia, proving her strength in financial planning and analysis across changing industries.

Leading a dynamic team, Joy Michelle guides the strategic decisions and development of the international business to ensure the highest standard of global financial management. Her expertise in systems implementation, financial controls and management reporting has been instrumental in establishing a strong operational structure to facilitate the progression of Aurex Group and AXG Consulting in new and existing geographies and sectors.
